QuickScores is an efficient communications tool that simplifies the process of adjusting schedules and provides flexibility. Currently, I schedule flag football and soccer seven days a week. In the fall, I plan to expand my use of QuickScores and organize four other sports for middle and high school levels.

I like the scheduling and the message page. If a game is cancelled, our parents can just look on the web page. We also have downloadable registration forms, basketball rules, and coaches' information. I also like that I can e-mail the coaches using QuickScores.

QuickScores is an excellent tool for our Senior Softball League. The QS system provides the ability to easily create events, associated (often complex) schedules with playoff brackets, custom registrations (with the ability to upload and download registrant information for ease of use), distributing mass emails to registrants and customization of the website to suit the customer. The overall system is friendly and support (when needed) is prompt and courteous. Our league has been using QS since 2011 and finds it to be an excellent tool for our softball league. I would highly recommend it for all sports organizations.

The use of your scheduling platform and web page presence was a major contributor to the success of our 2024 Senior Softball tournament. We transitioned from a round robin tournament to a mixture of pool play into double elimination and your softball made that possible. The coaches and players could all see the results as they were reported to me and immediately posted from the field. I also want to extend my gratefulness for the assistance from Elliott. He was always available when I needed him from training to setup and execution during the tournament. He played a vital role as well to our success.
